We’re all unique
Contact me either by phone or email. Once I’ve received your enquiry, I’ll contact you to arrange a free consultation by phone. This lasts about 20 minutes and gives you the opportunity to ask questions about me and how I work, and for me to find out a bit about yourself and the problems you’d like to address.
At the end of the call, we’ll arrange a mutually convenient date and time for our first appointment – whether in-person, by telephone or online. Before the first session, you’ll be emailed a copy of our counselling contract to read through and sign.
I’m experienced in facilitating peer support groups for people with mild to moderate mental health issues, including:
•
Monthly face-to-face peer support groups (mild to moderate mental health issues)
•
Fortnightly online peer support groups (mild to moderate mental health issues)
•
Bespoke face-to-face bereavement support groups (for the workplace).
I present:
•
Parent workshops (primary school)
•
Mental health awareness assemblies (primary school)
•
Mental health awareness training to business managers, to support employees in the workplace.
Contact me to discuss how I can help your organization.
I require payment in advance and accept payment by bank transfer (or cash by pre-arranged agreement).
If you want to cancel an appointment I will need 48 hours’ notice; otherwise you will still need to pay for the session.
I offer counselling face-to-face in Shaftesbury and Gillingham, North Dorset. I also provide counselling by phone or online across the UK.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange a free telephone consultation.
