About me

I offer short and long-term counselling to children, young people and adults. Sessions can be held face-to-face, online or by telephone. I cover a large area across Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire, especially in Shaftesbury and Gillingham in North Dorset, and Trowbridge in Wiltshire.

I have enhanced DBS status and am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

As an Integrative Counsellor, I believe that you and your circumstances are unique. There isn’t just one therapeutic approach that can help. I use elements of different approaches to help you explore and cope with your problems. If one approach doesn’t feel useful, we can try another.

I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor, helping you to examine your issues and make sense of feelings and experiences. I'm person-centred and draw from a range of theories and techniques, matching them to your needs.

As someone from outside your day-to-day life, I offer the chance to reflect on your problems in a safe and confidential space, without judgement.
