Monday to Friday: 9am - 3pm

Saturday: 9am - 12pm

I'm working during these times and may not be able to answer your call or respond to emails immediately. However, I'll be in contact as soon as I'm able.


If you're in need of immediate mental health support, please contact:

NHS on 111 - they'll be able to tell you how best to get immediate support in your area.

Your GP can also help (during surgery hours).
